(2) Looked at reprints of Lewis and Clark maps from the early 1800s;
(3) Watched a video clip about early American exploration; and
(4) Were assigned a map activity due next time - draw a map from your house to school

(3) Read and discussed 'Christopher Seider and Samuel Maverick: Martyrs of the Revolution.'

Today we:
(1) Started Chapter 4 Notes and PPT;
(2) Watched a short video clip ('French and Indian War to Lexington eleven minutes) on YouTube about the French and Indian War; and
(3) Assigned students a Propaganda Poster - they are to imagine they were at the Boston Massacre and are to create a poster promoting American liberty.

(3) Read a historical description of the Mayflower; and
(4) Did a class reading about the Salem Witch Trials.
